This is the story of how one little design meant for 16oz cans impacted the whole lineup of Mtn Dew. This exploded logo take rippled throughout all of Mtn Dew and expanded to multipacks, merchandizers, and even Dale Earnhardt’s racing car.

Kickstart Your Day

One of my proudest achievements as an employee of PepsiCo was designing the whole lineup of Mtn Dew Kickstart. Kickstart was a little different from regular ole’ Mtn Dew, it had Dew + Juice + Caffeine. It was originally dubbed the “morning drink” within the lineup. Only being launched in 2013, Kickstart was a very successful launch reaching over 300 million in sales just 2 years after release.
